SHUATS Admission 2025-26 | Process, Last Date, and Courses

SHUATS Admission 2025-26: SHUATS provides various UG and PG academic programs. The institute admission is available through open online counseling portal for the January 2025 scucle admission is open from 1st Februray 2025*. Programs include B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture  B.Sc. (Hons.) Biotechnology  B.Sc. (Hons.) Community Science.   M.Sc. (Hort.) Post Harvest Management M.Sc. Ag. (Animal Nutrition). M.Sc. Ag. (Livestock Production and Mgt.) M.Sc. Biochemistry  M.Sc. Bioinformatics  M.Sc. Biotechnology and many more.  The selection process for admission is based on the SHUATS ONLINER ENTRANCE TEST (SOET) and offline merit counseling. Candidates can apply from a common application form for more than one program. Candidates who want to pursue Graduation from SHUATS must have a 12th certificate and for PG programs a valid graduation degree is required. The registration fee is INR 1000 candidates have to submit the fee within 48hr.

About University: Sam Higginbottom University of Agriculture, Technology, and Sciences (SHUATS)  is a public state university established in 1910  by Sam Higginbottom. The institute is located in Allahabad. University got UGC approval in 2000 and was accredited an ‘A’ grade by NAAC. In 2009 SHUATS got approval from ICAR and ICFRE. Dr.Jetti.A Oliver is in the position of chancellor and Rajendra B. Lal is holding the vice-chancellor position. The type of university is government-aided research. SHUATS was the first institute to provide a degree in the field of agriculture engineering.  It operates as an autonomous Christian minority institution under the ‘Sam Higginbottom Educational and Charitable Society, AllahabadThe motto of the university is “Serve The Land. SHUATS Admission 2025-26: 

SHUATS admission is from 1st February 2025* . Sam Higginbottom University of Agriculture, Technology, and Sciences (SHUATS) admission portal for the academic year 2025-26 is open for most of the courses. There is a wide range of programs offered by SHUATS which includes Interested students who can apply from the official website of the university. SHUATS online entrance test (SOET) and offline merit counseling are responsible for the admission selection for UG and PG Diploma programs.B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture  B.Sc. (Hons.) Horticulture  B.Sc. (Hons.) Forestry  B.Sc. (Hons.) Community Science  B.Sc. (Hons.) Food Nutrition and Dietetics. M.Tech. Water Resource Engineering M.Tech. Computer Science and Engineering (Data Science).For admission candidates must have a 12th and bacehlors degree from a recognized institute. The registration fee is INR 1000 candidates have to pay a fee 48hr through online. End date to apply for admission is 15th February 2025*. 

SHUATS UG Admission 2025-26

The admission portal for various Undergraduate programs of the academic year 2025-26 will open at SHUATS University from 1st February 2025*.  Students can register for the UG program from the official website of SHUATS. University  invites candidates for various Undergraduate programs including B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Community, Science, Food Nutrition and Dietetics, Animal Husbandry and Dairying and many more. The duration of the Undergraduate courses is 3 years and 4 years depending on the course taken by the candidates. Those candidates who want to do UG from SHUATS must have a 10+2 certificate from a recognized board. Selection is based on marks secured in Entrance Test. Fees for undergraduate programs vary on the courses opted by students. Registration fee for Undergraduate programs is INR 1000 and candidates have to submit within 48hr through online mode. Application submission for UG courses at SHUATS is 15th February 2025*. 

SHUATS PG Admission 2025-26-

The admission portal for various PG programs for the academic year 2025-26  is open at the SHUATS from 1st February 2025*. Those candidates who want to do the postgraduate program from SHUATS can apply from the official website of the Sam Higginbottom University of Agriculture, Technology and Sciences. There are multiple  PG  courses offered by SHUATS including  M.Tech. Biotechnology  M.Tech. Civil Engineering (Construction Engineering and Management)  M.Tech. Civil Engineering (Structural Engineering) M.Sc. (Hort.) Post Harvest Management  M.Sc. Ag. (Animal Nutrition) M.Sc. Ag. (Livestock Production and Mgt.  and many more. Admissions will be granted on the both SHUATS online entrance test and merit based on the score of candidates in UG with a minimum of 45% amrks.  For PG programs candidates must have a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university. The duration of the PG program is 2 years. The registration fee for PG admission is INR 1000. The application is only accepted once the fee payment is done through an online mode of payment. 

SHUATS Admission Process 2025-26:

For the admission process at the SHUATS institute candidates have to follow certain steps-

• First candidates have to register with a mobile number at the official website of the institute @shuats.org/
• Login in the open online counseling portal by registered number.
• Select the academic programs of your choice and process the further admission requirements.
• Candidates get the enrollment number. 
• Submit the admission fee of INR 1000 using a debit or credit card. 
• Take a printout of the filled application.
