Saint Xavier’s University PhD Admissions 2025-26
SXUK offers Research Studies for various departments in its program for PhD students. The application for admission starts in June 2025*. Ph.D. program shall be for a minimum duration of three years, including course work, and a maximum of six years since admission. Extension beyond the above limits will be governed by the relevant clauses as stipulated in the Ph.D. regulations. To be eligible for admission into any Doctoral program offered at SXUK the applicant must have a master’s degree.

Admission to the UG program in the University is based on the 12th score whereas to be eligible for admission to the PG program the applicant must have a relevant bachelor’s degree. Saint Xaviers University Fee Structure 2025-26
The University offers 20+ courses in its programs, out of these programs there are 9 UG, 9 PG, and a few Doctoral programs. The fee structure for these programs ranges from INR 53,500 to INR 2,60,000.
A rough idea of the program-wise fee structure is given below:
- UG Programs: The fee structure for courses provided in the UG programs ranges from INR 55,800 to INR 66,700.
- PG Programs: The University offers its postgraduation program to students at a yearly fee ranging from INR 53,500 to 2,60,000.
- PhD Programs: The student has to deposit a fee of INR 1,00,000 in the first year and INR 1,00,000 in each year from the second year onwards. Security Deposit of INR 10,000 which is refundable has also to be paid. The annual fee of INR 1,00,000 for every year can also be paid in two equal Installments (optional) as per University guidelines.
