A New Education Policy has been implemented by RU. These policies include various entry-exit and choice-based credit systems:
- A student who wants to study a UG degree of 3 years duration is required to secure a minimum of 180 credits in 3 years to be awarded for UG degree. Similarly, 4 4-year UG degree in research and Hons requires students to secure a minimum of 200 credits in 4 years to get awarded a 4-year undergraduate degree.
- There are several entry and exit options available at Rajasthan University. To take several entries and exits, students need to secure a minimum credit. If any students want to exit after 1st year of UG courses need to have a minimum of 48 credits. For the 2nd year, 96 credits are required to exit from UG courses.
