Admission to Pondicherry University will start from 1st June 2025* for the new session 2025-26. The university offers various UG, PG, and PhD courses in regular mode. Admission to the university will be done through the official website of the university. Students who want to apply for Pondicherry University admission need to meet the eligibility criteria and pass the entrance tests conducted at the university campus. Duration of the bachelor’s degree will be extended to 3 to 4 years. Syllabus of the university is divided into 6-8 semesters. The basic eligibility criteria for PG courses is having a bachelor’s degree in related subjects with 50% marks.
