MGSU Admission 2025-26: The admission process for Maharaja Ganga Singh University will start on 12th April 2025*. There are various courses offered under the campus of MGSU such as UG, PG, and PhD. Students interested in applying can go to the official website of MGSU. The application form will be downloaded from the official portal of the website. Students need to submit the application form with accurate details till the deadline of 30th July 2025*

About University: Maharaja Ganga Singh University formerly known as University of Bikaner (UOB) is located in Rajasthan. It is a public university established in 2003. The campus of the university provides all facilities to students such as a huge auditorium, indoor stadium, and PNB bank. Students from various states come every year for MGSU admission. The university provides various programs in various disciplines under CBCS and NEP 2020 such as commerce, arts, science, Social science, Law, and Education. The university is recognised by University Grant Commission (UGC) and is also a member of Associate of Indian Universities. University provides a total of 1130 courses to students.


MGSU Latest Update:

  • MGSU has released the examination form for undergraduate and postgraduate courses. Students are required to fill the exam form till the last date of  24th January 2025*.  University has also provide the extra  time to submit the form till the last date of 31st January 2025 with the late fine fee of INR 100.  Form for all semesters will be available on the official website of MGSU.  Source

MGSU Admission 2025-26: 

The admission process of MGSU for the academic session 2025-26 will begin on 12th April 2025*. Students interested in applying for vacant seats can apply from the official portal for MGSU until 30th July 2025*. The application forms of the university can be downloaded form the website. It is expected that the application fee will be around INR 500. Students need to submit the filled application form offline to the specific course departments. To apply students need to match the eligibility criteria which includes a class 12th certificate for UG degree and a bachelor’s degree for PG courses. Minimum marls must between 45%-50% aggregate. Students belonging to SC/ST will get seat reservations. There are various courses offered to students in disciplines like commerce, arts, and science such as BA, MA, MSc, MCA, LLM, LLB, BA LLB, B.Ed, and more. MGSU UG Admission 2025-26: 

There are several courses offered at MGSU such as BA, LLB, B.Ed, BBA, B.Com, BFA, BSc, and more. MGSU admission will start for UG courses from 12th April 2025*. University will realize the notification for vacant seats. A student who wants to apply needs to complete their class 12th from any relevant stream. The minimum percentage aggregate marks secured by students in plus two is 45%. It is expected that admission to UG vacant seats will close by 30th July 2025*. Students can download the application form from the official portal. Once filled, the application form needs to be submitted to the course department through offline mode. If any students do not match the eligibility criteria or provide wrong details their application will be rejected by the university. MGSU PG Admission 2025-26: 

Existing students or new students looking to enroll in PG costumes at MGSU can submit their application for Postgraduate courses in their desired course. MGSU admission for the PG program will open on 12th April 2025*. The university will invite its existing students and new students to its courses available in various disciplines such as MA, MSc, MCA, LLM, M.Com, M.Ed, and more. Duration of PG courses is 2 years which is divided into 4 semesters. To pursue Postgraduate courses students need to complete their bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline and obtain a minimum of 50% marks. Admission process of the university is based on RCET. Application forms for 205 sessions of MGSU need to be submitted through offline mode in their departments till the deadline of 30th July 2025*. MGSU Fees Structure 2025-26: 

Students who seek admission at MGSU for any of their desired courses need to submit the course fee to confirm their admission process. The MGSU fee structure is divided into various parts such as Tuition fees, Caution money, student funds, Sports Fees, LIbrary Fees, and Student Insurance. MGSU Admission Process 2025-26: 

Students who meet the eligibility criteria need to fill out the application form for this desired course. Students can download the application form from the official website of the university. Given below are some steps to help students to complete their admission process: 

Step 1: Interested students need to go to the official website to register for their desired course. Download the application form for session 2025. 

Step 2: Students are advised to download the common prospectus 2025 for MGSU admission.

Step 3: Click on new registration and enter the required details.

Step 4: Students need to mention all their personal details like name, parents name their profession, and more. 

Step 5: Proceed with the form and attach the documents required like class 10th,12th certificate, bachelor’s degree, DOB certificate, adhaar card, and more

Step 6: Review your application for more accuracy. If you fill with wrong or false details your application will get rejected so enter the accurate details. 

Step 7: Proceed and pay the application form fee of INR 500 approx through the online payment mode.

Step 8: After the payment submit the form and wait for the university to send you confirmation through the mail. 

Step 9: You need to appear for entrance test exams and must secure a minimum of 50% marks or above to get admission.

Step 10: MGSU will publish the merit list on the official website. Selected students need to visit the university to submit course fees to confirm admission.
