Step 8: Proceed with the form and attach the scanned copy of required documents like Signature, Passport-size photos, Identity proof, and more.
Step 9: After completing the application form review all your filled details for accuracy.
Step 10: Now you need to make a payment of application form of INR 500 using online payment mode.
Step 11: After completing the payment procedure. Submit the application form and keep a copy of form number for future reference.
